My goal with every project I make is to work on it efficiently, professionally and with durability. I place top priority on completing every project within a very timely manner, and fulfilling every request of the recipient as much as reasonably possible.

Payment is accepted through PayPal and Square.

If you’re purchasing a custom or made to order item, payment is expected up front to cover material costs. Cancellation of an order can only be made prior to materials being purchased and work beginning.

Shipping is handled through USPS, rates are calculated by weight, upgrades are available for faster shipping as needed. Ready made items are typically shipped out the next day (pending Sundays or national US holidays) if paid for before 10pm Mountain Time (GMT-7).

I will refund shipping differences if over $2.00. Buyers are responsible for any Custom Charges and any related handling if shipping internationally.

Refunds and Exchanges
I will discuss refunds on a case by case basis for physical projects. If a project is damaged (for example, a few pulled stitches), I will look it over and see if I can repair and then return it to you. My goal is to have a lifetime guarantee for satisfaction on everything I create.

Digital pattern sales are final.

If you’re ordering a personalized/custom item, please be ready to provide as much detailed information and/or reference photos if possible to explain what you’re wanting.

Cross stitch projects on average take me 1-4 weeks to complete depending on the size of the pattern, and Machine Stitched projects take on average 1-5 days. Factors of the customer’s personalization requests, availability of supplies or personal life can possibly extend this. I always make regular check ins through email to let you know what my progress and current time estimate is.

Any personal information (names, emails, addresses) are only retained for shipping a product to the customer. They are not sold or used for any other purpose.
